All orders will undergo processing within 72 hours from the time they are placed (Orders are typically processed within 24 hours). Subsequent to processing, orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days. It's important to note that this timeframe is distinct from the delivery period.
Delivery durations may fluctuate based on your location. The following timeframes are approximations and are not to be interpreted as assurances:
- Most orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days from the shipping date. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend allowing up to 10 business days for delivery.
- International Orders generally reach their destinations within 5-15 business days from the shipping date.
Please bear in mind that international delivery times do not encompass potential delays at customs, border inspection facilities, and similar checkpoints.
Accurate Shipping Address
We kindly request that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
Should a package not be delivered or experience delays due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address furnished by the customer, any additional shipping fees necessary for resending the package to the corrected address will be the customer's responsibility. In the event the customer opts not to have the package resent, we regret that no refund can be issued due to the customized nature of our products.
Product Damage or Defect
Should a product arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will collaborate with you to address the issue promptly. Our determination of product damage or defect is based on our discretion, and we reserve the right to offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
